It’s been a couple of big weeks for PS5 restocks, thanks to the Thanksgiving break drops. However, if you’re still looking for a next-gen console before the holidays, we’ve got our eyes on a few new drops.
Already, some retailers are teasing their Christmas PS5 restocks, as buyers gear up to buy presents.
And after certain stores canceled successful PS5 Black Friday/Cyber Monday orders, there are a lot of hungry gamers out there waiting for the next drop.

Best Buy PS5 Restock
Best Buy PS5 Restock Date: December 6-8 (Rumored)
Right off the bat this week we’ve got a Best Buy PS5 restock rumor that looks like it’ll be dropping on Monday, December 6. According to a new advertisement, the store may have stock between the 6-8 December.
However, Best Buy tends to go live on Mondays exclusively for TotalTech members. If you can justify the $200 price tag or you already have a membership that came with a past purchase, it’s worth a look.

GameStop PS5 Restock
GameStop PS5 Restock Date: Early This Week (Rumored)
Next up, GameStop is likely to have more PS5 units for sale this week. Although the retailer had a small drop recently, it seems that GameStop is already teasing another PS5 restock.
When it does this, it usually means that a drop is imminent. However, given that the social media post arrived on a weekend, we anticipate a next-gen restock early this week instead.

Lately, Sony’s PlayStation Direct has been offering fans almost weekly opportunities to buy a PS5. And now in the run-up to Christmas, PlayStation is allowing fans to sign up for a PS5 drop directly!
It won’t guarantee you a purchase but Sony’s new system is one of the easiest ways to get a next-gen console without a fuss. And the best part is that scalpers won’t be able to steal the stock out from under you either.

Walmart PS5 Restock
Walmart PS5 Restock Date: This Week (Rumored)
Earlier this week, Walmart advertised a huge Gamer Drop event with the PS5, in-store on December 11.
However, after we found the full list of participating Walmart stores, the retailer shattered our hopes with a new announcement. According to a new update, no PS5 consoles will appear in the Gamer Drop event, making the initial advertisement hugely misleading.
It’s possible that Walmart will still have the PS5 on sale this week, but be warned: Walmart is known for selling consoles it doesn’t have.

Amazon PS5 Restock
Amazon PS5 Restock Date: This Week (Rumored)
One thing’s for certain: Amazon is the single most unreliable restocker when it comes to next-gen consoles. You wouldn’t think it from such a huge store, but it’s the truth.
However, lately Amazon appears to be moving to a PS5 drop schedule that sees the console going live towards the end of every month. The most recent restock was at the end of November, but we’re anticipating an earlier drop this month.
After all, it would make sense for Amazon to have another drop before Christmas, rather than at the end of December. And new reports suggest that Amazon is making effort to block scalpers on its site too, which could lead to a decent drop this holiday.

Antonline PS5 Restock
Antonline PS5 Restock Date: This Week (Rumored)
Online retailer Antonline has been going nuts over Cyber Week, with 3 PS5 drops since Black Friday alone. Although the store has likely shifted much of its stock already, perhaps it has more consoles to offer.
If so, the best way to snatch them up early is to put notifications on for the site’s official Twitter account.
Bear in mind though, Antonline sells consoles exclusively in bundle-form, so expect to pay more for your next-gen console. However, the site’s shipping time is known for being exceedingly quick, so you’ll get the console well before Christmas.
Target PS5 Restock
Target PS5 Restock Date: Unlikely This Week
In case you missed it, Target just had its biggest PS5 restock of the year, and it was something to behold. It could be that this week the store goes live with some leftover stock from canceled orders and the like.
However, there’s no guarantee that enough consoles are still available to be sold. In fact, we saw a lot of Target PS5 orders get canceled earlier this week!
With that in mind, we predict the retailer will only potentially go live once more before Christmas, if that.
