Another day, another leak ruining Samsung’s future product launches. Following 360-degree treatment of upcoming Galaxy devices like the Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy Watch 4, and Galaxy Buds 2, it’s now the Galaxy S21 FE’s turn. The 360-degree render of the Galaxy S21 FE has been shared on Twitter by Evleaks and shows us a similar sight as previous leaks.
The Galaxy S21 FE will look pretty similar to the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+, no surprises on that front. The white version is the one on display in the GIF below, and it looks as classy as you would expect. There will be a couple of other cool color options as well, including green, black, and violet. A lower number than what Samsung offered with the Galaxy S20 FE last year, but we guess we will be able to forgive the company for it so long as it manages to launch all four colors globally instead of limiting them by market. Update: Renders of all four colors have been added.
The Galaxy S21 FE is currently expected to launch sometime in the fourth quarter of the year, so we’re looking at an unveil anytime between October and December. Given the pace at which the phone is picking up important certifications, we’re assuming the Galaxy S21 FE will go official sooner rather than later. Before the S21 FE, we have the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 to look forward to, though those handsets will naturally be in a completely different league when it comes to pricing, even with a sizable discount over their predecessors.
According to rumors, the Galaxy S21 FE will feature the Snapdragon 888 in some markets and the Exynos 2100 in others. It will beat the Galaxy S21, S21+, and S21 Ultra in charging speeds – certifications have revealed the S21 FE supports 45W charging (though we expect it will come bundled with a 15W brick, or none at all). A 4,500mAh battery will keep the lights on, same as the Galaxy S20 FE, while the fate of features like microSD expansion is still up in the air.
